With the slogan "Transformation", VMO aims to increase the number of employees to 1300 in 2022 to celebrate the 10th anniversary. To accommodate this goal, on the morning of April 8, 2022, the opening ceremony of the VMO’s 10th office took place in the warm and joyful atmosphere of all VMO's leadership and members.

Located on the 5th floor of IDMC building, 18 Ton That Thuyet Street, VMO's 10th office has a floor area of over 1000m2. The modern design uses bright colors with maximum natural lights to create a working space that promotes interactions, as well as combining many common living spaces with ideal relaxation facilities.

The spirit of “Change to thrive” has helped VMO overcome the effects of the Covid pandemic in the year 2021, by achieving the growth in personnel at over 300%, opening 3 new offices in Hanoi, and establishing a VMO US branch in Silicon Valley. For VMO, 2022 is an important milestone to mark  a 10-year journey.  In 2022, with the slogan of "Transformation", we opened the 8th office present in Hanoi, which is also the 10th office in the world to mark a memorable milestone of the impressive development of VMO not only in the year 2022 but also in future breakthroughs.
