As a member of the ALTEN Group and in alignment with our shared business ethics, we place great importance on ethics by integrating transparency, integrity, and responsibility into our daily practices. We comply with national and international anti-corruption standards, formalized in the updated 2023 Ethics Charter, which enforces a zero-tolerance policy towards corruption and conflicts of interest.
QHSE Policy
Our QHSE policy is fundamentally rooted in the ALTEN Group's CSR commitments. We commit to protecting the environment and strive to optimize the direct environmental footprint of our facilities and limit pollution. Through our dynamic Human Resources policy, the Group is committed to respecting its employees in their individuality, developing their skills, revealing talents, and inspiring vocations.
Lastly, as a corporate citizen and stimulator of innovation, we wish to capitalise on dialogue with its stakeholders in order to anticipate and reduce any risks it may face, engage the company in promoting engineering professions, and secure its activities by focusing on innovation and R&D.

Responsible Purchasing
In 2010, the ALTEN Group signed the Global Compact, formalising our commitment to human rights and the environment and placing ethics and sustainable development at the heart of our strategy.
As a proud member of the ALTEN Group, we commit to promoting this strategy throughout our sphere of influence. With this Responsible Purchasing Charter, we invite all suppliers and partners to join us to proactively advance and continuously improve our CSR initiatives.
Information System Security
As part of our commitment to high-level security for both our operations and client projects, we ensure that activities entrusted to third parties, partners, or sub-contractors are executed in accordance with the conditions of availability, integrity, confidentiality, and traceability imposed by the legal and contractual obligations of our business.
Consequently, we specify the security requirements that the Supplier must meet with a performance obligation.
