• Work closely with clients and internal teams to understand business needs and translate them into clear product requirements.
• Analyze current workflows related to health claims, benefits, and insurance operations, then propose better processes using the company’s product solutions.
• Gather, clarify, and document business requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria for the development team.
• Collaborate with Product Manager, developers, and implementation teams to ensure the solution meets customer needs and business goals.
• Identify process gaps and suggest practical solutions to improve efficiency, accuracy, and compliance.
• Support feature breakdown into epics, user stories, and development tasks following Agile practices.
• Participate in UAT and support go-live activities, including client onboarding, training, and post-launch support.
• Keep updated with industry trends and regulations in the health insurance / claims domain.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Healthcare Administration, or related fields.
• At least 4-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst / Product Analyst, preferably in health insurance, claims, or healthcare systems.
• Strong experience in requirement gathering, process analysis, and documentation.
• Good understanding of claims processing, benefits management, or healthcare-related workflows.
• Familiar with Agile/Scrum ways of working and writing user stories.
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Previous experience in SaaS products is a plus.
• Familiarity with data standards such as HL7 FHIR is an advantage.
• Fluent English is required

• Working time: 8.30 am – 5.30 pm from Monday to Friday.
