• Create functional requirements documentation for major and minor changes on the Vitality system. 
• Create user stories for changes on the Vitality applications (Web/Portal/Backend). 
• Design and validate the functional solution using Agile methodology, interpreting the product / functional requirements into Agile Epics and Stories. 
• Provide Vitality subject matter expertise to projects to ensure projects align with the business initiatives. 
• Revise and feedback on business requirements documentation for major and minor changes. 
• Consult/Create UAT test plans that match the business requirements documentation. 
• Facilitate, engage, consult and work with business units, product owners and sponsors to unpack business requirements. 
• Assist in operational rollout and support. 
• Work with offshore and onshore development teams to ensure the implementation and design matches the business requirements. 
• Use data driven tools to ascertain and ensure the requirements are valid in the systems before/after the change. 
• Collaborate with team members to maintain quality deliverables. 
• Manage day to day deliverables.
• Manage, analyse and resolve major systems incidents that are raised by the support teams. 
• Communicate, engage to manage multiple levels of stakeholders when required during project initiation and implementation phases, these include product owners, SMEs, testers, developers. 
• Engage stakeholders in both Group Office, BUs and multiple vendors effectively. 

Required Qualifications 

• 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in software development. 
• 4+ years in business requirements analysis and documentation. 
• 2+ years working with Agile methodology and creating user stories. 
• Practical experience with digital delivery channels, writing UAT test plans, and using tools like SQL (2+ years) and Postman for API testing (1+ years)
