POSITION OVERVIEW

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, understand, and document business requirements and objectives in Japanese and translate to English for technical teams
  • Analyze current business processes and identify areas for improvement
  • Develop detailed functional specifications and use cases for technology and process enhancements
  • Conduct gap analysis and feasibility studies for proposed solutions
  • Support project management activities, including planning, timelines, and resource allocation
  • Facilitate workshops, meetings, and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations
  • Set up communication rules and templates for smooth collaboration Solution documentation, powerpoint preparation and regular communication between all parties.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • English and Japanese fluently (must have) 
  • 5+ years as BA Strong in Scrum Agile Working Process (must have) 
  • Strong documentation and communication skills. (must have) 
  • Have BA certification (nice to have) 
  • Experience in healthcare sector, Data project (nice to have)
